Sounds like you have a very full calendar. I'm hoping you hold the Mandela class again a little later in the fall. I'm now in the post surgical recovery mode and hope to be cut loose after my mid October check up. It may be excellent physical therapy to get this wrist back in action. Hmmmm, I wonder if I can get a prescription for it so BCN will pay for the class. Lol. Best of luck with your etsy shop.

I'm glad you are on the mend. The class probably won't be offered again until spring. If you can't wait that long, there's always the option of a private party/class - gather a couple friends at someone's house and I'll come to you. Mandalas make great snowflakes for printing your own Christmas cards.

I belong to a small fiber arts group and I'll bring up the idea of a private class. That would be so much fun. We dabble in all kinds of different mediums so this could be a fun new diversion. We are the small group that had the large show at the gallery a couple years ago. Our next meeting is on sept 20 at the Imlay City library from about 5:30 until 8:00 and you're welcome to join us. It's very informal, no dues, no officers, no boring meeting minutes, etc. just a few people with common interests getting together to play.

I'd welcome doing a class for the Fiber Art Junkies! The private party classes tend to be even more fun because people already know each other and are more relaxed. I've thought about popping in to one of those meetings one day but just haven't gotten around to it. Maybe I will this month ... I may pm you in facebook with questions.
